For partner clinics submitting private prescription requests to Dr Vahe Clinic. Every request is reviewed by a clinician before any prescription is issued — requests are not automatically approved.

Complete the secure request form with patient and medication details.
2. Clinician review
Dr Vahe personally reviews every request. No prescription is ever auto-issued.
3. Issued or declined
If approved, a signed private prescription PDF is sent to your clinic email.
